Abstract: The SIGGRAPH paper reviews process suffers from high quality publishing expectations and fast completion. Mistakes are made by authors, but also reviewers. This publication discusses requirements for an accepted SIGGRAPH paper and how to minimize as much as possible the variance of the selection committee’s decision. The author shares his experience as a SIGGRAPH 93 papers chair.
