Register to the Cassini Hackaton

Get ready for the CASSINI HACKATHON the weekend of 2021 November 6th and 7th.

Aerospace Valley organizes a 2nd hackathon, the “CASSINI Hackathon: Connecting the Arctic” at B612 in Toulouse. This event, run by the European Commission’s Cassini program aims to support innovation and entrepreneurial projects by using data from European satellite infrastructures such as Copernicus, Galileo, Egnos…

The hackathon starts on Friday 5/11 at 7pm online, and Saturday 6/11 at 9am physically, the mission of the participants will be to answer, as a team of 5, to one of the three key challenges of the Arctic:

  1. Safe passage at sea
  2. Life on land
  3. Caring our wildlife

Each team will have access to invaluable tools, training and support throughout the hackathon, like data access, cloud infrastructure, code repository… as well as high-level coaches (CLS, Airbus, OMP, CNES). This is an event open to all: students and entrepreneurs, you can register here:

The top 3 teams in France will receive prizes (telescopes, business support, mentoring hours…) and the top 1 will obtain a ticket to the European digital final, that will take place online on November 10th.
