Call for sponsorship 2020

Sponsorship Opportunities for CIRCLE 2020 On behalf of the Organizing Committee for the 1rst Joint Conference of the Information Retrieval Communities in Europe (CIRCLE 2020) we invite you to participate in the conference as a supporter or hackathon provider. CIRCLE 2020 arose from a twofold wish to gather three national Information Retrieval (IR) conferences and to offer young researchers in Information Retrieval the opportunity to meet and discuss with senior researchers. CIRCLE is supported by the ARIA French conference (CORIA, COnférence en Recherche d’Information et Applications), the Spanish Conference on Information Retrieval (CERI, Congreso Español de Recuperación de Información), the Italian Information Retrieval Workshop, and the Swiss IR community. The main objective of CIRCLE 2020 is to propose a unique place for stimulating and disseminating research in IR, where senior/industrial and early stage researchers (including MSc and PhD students) can network and discuss their research results in a friendly environment. Attendees in the past joined conferences are researchers and practitioners who work in research areas that include information retrieval, data mining and machine learning, human-computer interaction, natural language processing, and more. The conference will also hosts top Ph.D. students from the most prestigious institutions in computer and information science, in France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and elsewhere. CIRCLE 2020 will take place on July 6-9, 2020 at Samatan, Gers, south of France (50 minutes from Toulouse). To maximize your options and publicity exposure, please confirm your participation by the earliest date possible. Standard benefits for all supporters:

Recognition as a supporter, with organization logo, in the conference program.
Recognition as a supporter, with organization logo, on the Supporters Page of the official CIRCLE 2020 website, with hyperlink to your organization’s home page.
Possibility to advertise your job opportunities (web site and/or at the conference place)
Recognition as a supporter on the official acknowledgement board onsite at the Conference.
Use of the Conference logo until the end of July 2020.

Diamond supporter (4,000 €)

The diamond supporter package includes all the standard sponsorship benefits and entitlements outlined on the Standard Benefits section, plus other that will be discussed with the supporter. As example, it is possible to present the organization at the opening session.

Platinum supporter (2,500 €)

The Platinum supporter package includes all the standard sponsorship benefits and entitlements outlined on the Standard Benefits section, plus:

Three (3) complimentary conference delegate registrations (full Passport to all events).
Recognition as host of a selected conference event, with priority in selection over other sponsors. (A list of possible Sponsorship Events and Opportunities will be made available.)
Option to speak to audience at their hosted event.
The supporter may provide a poster that will be positioned in the main conference registration area for the duration of the Conference (max size A0).
Prominent placement of a large logo with link on the homepage of the main Conference website.
Verbal acknowledgement as a Platinum Supporter during the opening and closing sessions of the Conference.
100-word profile and supporter logo in the Conference Program.
Full-page advertising space in the Conference Program (with artwork supplied by the supporter).
Large logo on selected other Conference promotional materials.
Promotional brochure (max. A4 size, 4 pages folded per brochure) or promotional CD to be inserted the registration satchel (with material supplied by the supporter. Promotional item must be approved by CIRCLE).

Gold supporter (1,500 €)

The Gold supporter package includes all the standard sponsorship benefits and entitlements outlined on the Standard Benefits section, plus:

One (1) complimentary conference delegate registrations (full Passport to all events).
Recognition as host of a selected conference event. (A list of possible Sponsorship Events and Opportunities will be made available.)
Option to speak to audience at their hosted event.
Special prominent placement of large logo with link on the homepage of the main Conference website.
Verbal acknowledgement as a Gold Supporter during the opening and closing sessions of the Conference.
75-word profile and supporter logo in the Conference Program.
Half-page advertising space in the Conference Program (with artwork supplied by the supporter).
Large logo on selected other Conference promotional materials.
Promotional brochure (max. A4 size, 4 pages folded per brochure) or promotional CD to be inserted the registration satchel (with material supplied by the supporter. (Promotional item must be approved by SIGIR).

Silver supporter (1,000 €)

The Silver supporter package includes all the standard sponsorship benefits and entitlements outlined on the Standard Benefits section, plus:

Placement of a medium-sized logo with link on the homepage of the main Conference website.
75-word profile and supporter logo in the Conference Program.
Half-page advertising space in the Conference Program (with artwork supplied by the supporter).
Medium-size logo on selected other Conference promotional materials.
Promotional brochure (max. A4 size, 4 pages folded per brochure).

Bronze supporter (500 €)

The Bronze supporter package includes all the standard sponsorship benefits and entitlements outlined on the Standard Benefits section, plus:

Placement of a small logo with link on the homepage of the main Conference website.
50-word profile and supporter logo in the Conference Program.
Small logo on selected other Conference promotional materials.
Promotional brochure in registration satchel (max. A4 size, 4 pages folded per brochure).

Additional Opportunities

Hackathon (1 000 € : exclusive)

Option to speak to audience at the event (on the 6^th end of afternoon)
Option for the sponsor to propose its own topic for the hackathon

Stationary (500€ : exclusive)

Pens and notepads provided by the supporter will be included in the satchel.

Satchel inserts (300€ : max. 10 supporters)
