Instruction for authors
Presentation of long papers:
- Every presentation should last 20 to 25 min, and will be followed by a 5-10 min session of questions from the audience.
- Authors are asked to transmit a pdf version of their presentation to the organizer of the conference (mail, dropbox, …, to rjcia19.at.easychair.org).
Poser presentation and 3-minute madness session
- Posters, in A0 format, can be installed starting Monday evening in the dedicated zone for common poster sessions. They can be presented Tuesday and Thursday during the common demonstration sessions
- The 3-minute madness session consists in presenting the poster in 180 seconds and a maximum of 1-2 slides .
- Authors that require a table to present a demonstration are asked to tell so by email to rjcia19.at.easychair.org
- Authors are asked to share a pdf version of their poster and 1-2 slides presentation to the organizer of the conference before July 1st midnight (mail, dropbox, … to rjcia19.at.easychair.org).
