This project focuses on the analysis of complex acquired 3D point clouds, in order to discover and characterize high level properties of the underlying shapes.
We specifically focus on the definition on features scale, in order to provide robust multiscale analysis of complex geometry.

This work also involves a collaboration with Archeovision to provide complex point clouds of archeological materials, ranging from small objects to buildings.
Ressources
- Ponca Library: a C++/CUDA header only library for graphics applications, including a data fitting module called Grenaille [website].
