For questions concerning the registration process of RTNS 2019, please contact rtns2019@toulouse-inp.fr.

Each RTNS accepted paper requires at least one full rate registration (Normal or Student) before October 14 in order to be included in the proceedings.

All prices include French V.A.T (20%).

Registration will be definitive only after reception of the payment.

The registration fees include:

  • Conference materials
  • Attendance to all scientific sessions (including Junior Workshop)
  • Coffee breaks and lunches during the conference
  • Welcome cocktail on Wednesday, November 6 2019
  • Visit “La Halle de la Machine” on Thursday, November 7 2019
  • Conference dinner on Thursday, November 7 2019
Additional fees

Extra lunch bag 20 EUR
Guided visit of Toulouse on Friday, November 8 afternoon 5 EUR

All prices include French V.A.T (20%).

Extra conference dinner and extra lunch bag can be booked for accompanying person.

A guided visit of Toulouse has been organized on Friday, November 8 afternoon. This visit is optional. If you want to attend, fill the information during the registration process. It will be asked for an extra cost of 5 EUR.

Conditions for cancellation

Cancellations must be made by writing to rtns2019@inp-toulouse.fr
The registration of participation is binding.

  • For any cancellation received before the 14th October 2019, registration fees will be reimbursed less 50 € for handling fees. No reimbursement will be made for cancellation received after the 14th October 2019.
  • All registration made via purchase order are subject to these conditions for cancellation. As a result, all booking made by purchase order and cancelled after the 14th October 2019 must be paid in full.
  • Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
  • The conference program may be subject to changes.

Visa Support

If you need a VISA for attending the conference, please send an email to rtns2019@inp-toulouse.fr to receive an invitation letter, with the following information:

  • name and date of birth as it appears on your passport
  • passport number and country of citizenship
  • if applicable, the title(s) of your paper(s) accepted for the conference
