Registration
Please use the following form for registration. The form also allows you to register
to the COST Action IC1205 Industry Day, to register to the conference dinner, and
to specify any dietary restriction.
Early registration rate (until Wednesday 18 May)
- Workshop only: 50 EUR
- Conference dinner on Thursday 23 June: 50 EUR (same price for accompanying people)
The fee includes conference material, coffee-breaks and lunches. Participation to the Industry Day is free, but registration is required.
Late registration rate (from Thursday 19 May to Friday 17 June)
- Workshop only: 80 EUR
- Conference dinner on Thursday 23 June: 50 EUR (same price for accompanying people)
Please note that registration will be closed on Friday 17 June. On-site registration is not possible.
Student grants - Deadline 24 May
A limited number of grants to support the participation of Master and PhD students are available. To apply for a student grant please send the following documents:
- Brief motivation letter, detailing all other funding possibilities already explored by the candidate
- Curriculum vitae
- Proof of studentship
Applications can be sent to the conference address comsoc.toulouse@gmail.com, with subject [COMSOC-2016: student grants]. The deadline for applications is Tuesday 24 May 2016. Notifications will be sent by the end of the month. The deadline for the early registration fee will be extended for applicants. We are also extending the deadline to book student accommodations to 20 May (this Friday). Please notify us via email if you still wish to book a room.
