Advisory Group
An advisory group has been composed at the beginning of the project.
The risk analysis is supported by the advisory group and the project management committee.
The project monitoring is assumed by the project management committee composed of the project manager, the technical manager and all the task leaders who will meet every two months.
In order to have a meeting frequency in phase with the project progress, we plan to have a project management committee meeting every two months and an advisory group meeting every six months. The frequency of the meetings can be increased if it is required by the march of the project.
