Camera Ready Paper Submission Guidelines

To ensure that the accepted papers are published in the conference proceedings, the authors are required to register and send their camera-ready papers by June 5, 2008. Also, the review comments included in the acceptance notification must be taken into account. The author’s paper will NOT be published in the conference proceedings if the deadlines are not met. No appeals will be accepted.

Formatting the Camera Ready Manuscript

• Authors are strictly required to adhere to the formatting standard for a 12-page manuscript of Springer IFIP Series.
• Manuscript Preparation in Word : Information on the formatting can be found using this link or via the links Author instructions and Word template for preparing book manuscript of the Springer website (http://www.springer.com/series/6102).
• Manuscript Preparation in Latex : Information on the formatting can be found using this link or via the link For contributed books, proceedings, and similar of the Springer website (http://www.springer.com/series/6102).

Please use the Author instructions associated with "Preparing a Book Manuscript".

• A maximum of four additional pages are allowed at a cost of 100€/page.
• Each paper is a chapter in the proceeding book. The chapters are NOT numbered. The first level of heading is the author section (and not the chapter number as specified on Springer author instructions).
• Authors should adhere to Springer instructions for CHAPTER (i.e. paper) preparation. The issues related to the book formatting (i.e. all the proceedings) will be done by the editor (i.e. the program committee chair).
• Please make sure that the paper title and authors' names in the header of the paper is written as they are to appear in the final Table of Contents and Author Index, as the final Table of Contents and the final Author Index for the proceedings are generated from the headers.
• In Springer Author instructions, there are two alternatives for references used in paper text. Please use the second alternative: reference number between square brackets (eg. [1], [12]…) according to the sequence in an alphabetized list.

Copyright form submission

Download, complete and sign the IFIP copyright form (http://springer.com/series/6102). All manuscripts must be accompanied by a signed copyright form.
The book title is Wireless and Mobile Networking.

Camera Ready Paper Submission

For submission, please provide a SINGLE ZIP archive containing the following:

1. The source input files
   1. LaTeX2e files for the text and PS/EPS or PDF/JPG files for all figures;
   2. RTF files (if you have prepared your paper using a word processing system other than LATEX or TEX);
   3. any style files, templates, and special fonts you may have used;
   4. the final DVI file (for papers prepared using LATEX or TEX);
2. a PDF file of the final version of the paper.
3. the completed and signed IFIP copyright form (in PDF, DOC, RTF or JPEG)

The Zip file containing the above must be sent to pwc2008@irit.fr. The name of the Zip file should be the name of the first author.
