How to get to IRIT

ON THE RANGUEIL CAMPUS

The building of IRIT differs from the other ones on the campus of Paul Sabatier University: It's a grey cube with quadratic windows.
The auditorium is at the ground floor, and is accessible from the east side only.
The following sketches how to get there:

FROM THE RAILWAY STATION

Take subway (`Metro') direction `Basso Cambo' until Place Esquirol. Then get off the station following the sign ``sortie coté des Carmes'' (at your left when you are up the stairs). The bus stop is a few meters away, near the entrance of the Midica store. Take one these buses (the Metro ticket is valid on the bus, do not buy another one):

• Line 2F, direction ``Rangueil Université'' and get off at the last stop when the bus makes a 180 degrees turn. The campus is on your right.
• You might also take the line 2H direction ``CHR Rangueil'', then get off at the stop ``Pont Ducuing''. At this point the bus turns right, but you should continue 200m in the direction the bus was originally going, then the campus is on your left.
• Line 56 direction ``Auzeville'' or line 62 direction ``Castanet'', and get off at the stop ``Bellevue'' (the campus is then on your left, you have to cross the street).

Then follow the indications on the above map.

FROM CITY CENTRE

Take the bus at Place Esquirol (see above). The bus stop is on the same side of Place Esquirol as the Midica store (near its entrance).

FROM BLAGNAC AIRPORT

Take the shuttle bus (`navette') to (``gare routiere'') that is close to SNCF railway station (`gare Matabiau'), then take the metro (the station ``Marengo SNCF'' is a about 50 meters away, just follow the signs).

BY CIRCULAR ROADS

East Circular Road: direction `TOULOUSE CENTRE - FOIX/TARBES', then exit 20 `Complexe Scientifique de Rangueil'
West Circular Road, southbound (towards Montpellier): exit 20 `Complexe Scientifique de Rangueil'

BY TAXI

Ask for `Université de Rangueil' and mention IRIT.
