Abstract

Services support activities of systems users in a functionally affordable form, e.g. for planning and accomplishing tasks. User must have an intuitive understanding of the features, of the restrictions, of the benefit and of the drawbacks of the service. Smart applications dissimilate information to smart citizens. Web-based applications and Mobile Apps become an integral part of everyday’s life in the private and public sectors. Today’s user centered applications are dominated with mobile Apps, as users have become accustomed to have access to Apps (Applications) through their smart phones anywhere anytime for any issue in dependence on the actual demand. Models are a mainstay of every scientific and engineering discipline. Models are typically more accessible to study than the systems. Models are instruments that are effectively functioning within a scenario. The effectiveness is based on an associated set of methods and satisfies requirements of usage of the model. A typical usage of a model is explanation, informed selection, and appropriation of an opportunity. This usage is declared through information and directions for usage or more specifically through an informative model in the case of a smart service model.
