- Subject: The R&T TORTUGA aims at providing a better operability of ground segments by improving reliability and efficiency of such systems. The R&T targets at improving the reliability of both systems and users involved in the operation of such systems. Such reliability will be improved by adding reducing operators' errors and increasing operator's efficiency.
