Registration

The organizing committee is working tirelessly to have registration costs covered through sponsorship so that registration will be free. However, if this is not achieved and there is a need for some contribution to be made in terms of registration costs, this will be made known to all participants as soon as possible after all sponsorships have been determined and agreed upon well in advance of the conference (this will be no later than 1^st of April, 2011).

However, for the purpose of organization, attendees and authors are required to begin registration from now, prior to the commencement the conference.

The deadline for registration is 12^th of May, 2011.

If for any reason you cannot make it to the Conference after you have registered, please notify the organizing committee in ample time before the conference in order to minimize on the waste of resources.
