Abstract

An important aspect of the FabSpace project is the promotion of the use of Earth Observation Data to the public, with special focus to EO and non-EO students, professionals and entrepreneurs. To this end a number of activities which include among others technical and entrepreneurial trainings, innovation action events and bootcamps have been used. In this presentation, a brief summary of the lessons learnt by all partners of the project is shown, while interesting conclusions are derived. These lessons are invaluable to all entities which wish to promote the use of EO data both to EO and non-EO users.
