Last 18-19 November, Mar Pérez-Sanagustin participated in the second face-to-face meeting of Prof-XXI. In this meeting, the different partners of the project discussed about the main advances. The main contribution of the TALENT team to this project, and linked with Iouri’s  Kotorov PhD thesis, is a Prof-XXI framework and a tool for supporting it. The Prof-XXI framework proposes a set of competences that institutions can take as a reference to develop the actions and strategies of their TLCs. This strategy will have a direct impact on their teaching staff and students, and will support the deep transformation of the institutional strategy. A tool based on instituional indicators according to this framework was developed to provide visualizations to institutions about their innovation pedagogic learning, based on dashboards.
