For the next STORM seminar, François Desrichard will give a presentation titled : Generalizing shadow layers

Abstract
During this seminar, I will present our recent work on shadow extraction in global illumination. The original formulation handles a single surface object per shadow layer, and allows separate editing of its direct and indirect components. We will see that it is possible to account for multiple occlusions, as well as participating media.
