COMUE-Region SemPedia project (2015-2018) : Knowledge extraction from semi-structured documents - enrichment of DBpedia in French. Analysis of the contribution of linguistic information within automated processes for the identification of semantic relations, and for their integration into a knowledge model; develoment of a platform and enrichment of DBPedia for French.

BQR TATCG Project (2008-2009): Automatic natural language processing for targeting genes involved in genetic diseases. Populating a domain ontology by identifying instances of n-ary relations expressed over several sentences, the text analysis being guided by a knowledge model.
