My Ph.D. is focused on the design of advanced forms of interaction. More precisely I have focused my research on the management of creativity in the design process dedicated to mixed interaction. The result is a method called MACS.
MACS is a collaborative design methods combining the exploratory power of mixed reality interaction models and the informal power of creative design sessions. With a formal notation and basic generative techniques, design teams are able to deeply explore the design space and combinations between the physical and digital spaces. The notation also eases the communication between disciplines and helps the design team in framing the design problem.

CladiBulle & MIME are two augmented virtuality systems‚ designed for the Toulouse′s Museum of Natural History. Those prototypes deal with cladistic the new classification of species.
The first one called CladiBulle is an augmented virtuality system which aim at comparing cladistic and the old classification. To interact with CladiBubble, we have developped a dedicated tool which is based on the manipulation of a REAL pump ! To know more take a quick look the video below.
We have also developped MIME‚ in which users can navigate in a 3 dimensional cladogram. By this way user can discover the cladogram structure and find out informations about cladogram nodes and leaves. Two different interaction techniques have been developped. The first one is based on the use of a RAL flashlight and the second one is based on the used of the famous Cubtile.
