In order to achieve its main aim - to attract, motivate and encourage young Europeans to embrace future careers in the field of Aeronautics - a "FLY HIGHER MISSION - Pathway to Success" was designed including a wide programme of activities targeted to shape and encourage the new evolving generation of aeronautic professionals.
