Titre de la présentation :
The diamodl dialog modelling language and its Eclipse-based editor and runtime
Résumé :
The diamodl modelling language uses a combination of typed
dataflow and statecharts for describing the function and behavior of
a user interface. Diamodl is well suited for modelling modern
business applications' user interface, whether based on desktop or
web technology. To aid the developer, we are building an editor,
based on the Eclipse GMF (GEF+EMF) framework, and a runtime, based on
SWT and its XSWT XML format. Both of these are integrated with domain
modelling using EMF (Eclipse modelling framework).
A propos du présentateur :
Hallvard Trætteberg is currently Associate Professor in the
Information Systems group of the Dept. of Computer and Information
Sciences at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in
Trondheim, Norway. He delivered his PhD thesis on user interface
modelling in 2002 and has since worked on integrating dialog
modelling with modern design and systems engineering methods and
tools. His current interests are model-driven architecture/
engineering and user interface modelling with Eclipse-based tools and
integrating user interface dialog modelling with business process
modelling, SOA and web 2.0 technology.
